Campus View is conveniently located at 100 Daniel Drive, Clemson, SC 29631, right across from Bowman Field and Clemson University! Our community is not only just steps from campus but we’re also located in the heart of downtown Clemson.

Campus View offers two, three, and four-bedroom luxury apartments. Our two-bedroom apartments are unique in the fact that we offer both single and double occupancy options.

Rent includes a modern furniture package, high speed internet, cable, water, sewer, trash, and access to Campus View’s awesome amenities.

All apartments are fully furnished with a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand with a 48-inch HDTV, and bar stools. Each bedroom includes a full-size bed, desk with chair, and dresser. Appliances include oven and range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and full-size washer and dryer.

Bedding, cookware and toiletries are not provided by Campus View.

We offer five, 10, and 12-month leases. Our most common lease term is mid-August to late July.

A guarantor is someone who financially guarantees the lease payments will be paid. Residents may apply to be their own guarantor, however, if they do not qualify to financially back their lease on their own, Campus View requires a different guarantor. We understand there are circumstances when this is not a feasible option. If you do not have a guarantor, and are interested in signing a lease, please contact our staff and they will be glad to assist you in potentially offering a solution to enable you to still join our community. A cosigner is only required if the lease signer is under the age of 18.

For the convenience of our residents, Campus View offers individual lease agreements. Individual leasing means peace of mind. Your financial responsibility is only for your space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed.

We will assist in matching you with a like-minded roommate with similar study and sleeping habits. It is important to answer all the roommate matching questions on the lease application so you are paired with a compatible roommate.

Yes, coed rooming arrangements are accepted, but only if you fill a unit. If there are empty bed spaces in the unit, all roommates will be enrolled into our roommate matching program and placed with same sex roommates.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and is considered late on the 6th of the month.

Campus View accepts credit cards, ACH checks, and money orders, but no cash. We offer multiple methods of rent payment including online via the website resident portal, in person or by mail. You can pay rent in person during office hours, or after hours via the on-site secure drop box. If paying by mail, please send to: 100 Daniel Drive, Clemson, SC 29631.

Campus View is happy to accept your financial aid to pay rent. Due to being a privatized community not affiliated with Clemson, you will be responsible for obtaining your financial aid from your university and paying Campus View.

Security deposits are processed within the guidelines of state law promptly following the move out of your apartment. Your apartment will be inspected to ensure that it is left in the same condition that it was received with the exception of normal wear and tear. Any outstanding charges on your account upon move out will be credited with your security deposit, and the remainder will be sent to the forwarding address provided to us.

The security deposit is not intended to be used for the last month’s rent and will result in the assessment of late fees against your account.

Yes, Campus View offers reserved parking for our residents in our private parking garage.

Our pool is open until 10pm during seasonal months. We welcome two pool guests per resident.

Residents can submit a maintenance request on the website, by calling the office, or visiting the office in person. Our maintenance team is equipped to respond to all calls within 24 hours.

If you lose your keys or are locked out of your unit during business hours, please stop by the leasing office for assistance. For lock-outs after business hours please call 864-722-5109 and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance.

Mail that does not fit in the personal mailboxes is delivered to the Campus View leasing office. Residents receive a notice that a package is available for pickup, which is kept secure prior to pickup.
